From my project, I learned to be a good speaker in the workplace, and of course I have to have the corresponding strength as a reserve. I also learned the relevant knowledge and skills in my field of expertise, that is, how to become a good advertising planner. Combining these two points, I have a deeper understanding of my leadership ability, and I am more convinced that I am a combination of democratic and authoritarian leadership style. Through a phased internship, I have grown a lot, asking myself to find elders and successful people. I have also made changes in the lives of others. At least I have inspired a small group of young people with professional careers like me.

The current project I completed has a lasting connection with my future project, because in my opinion, my project has not been terminated, and the current phased project is to serve my future work. I will summarize my personal experience with current project research and outline the areas for improvement. What I don't understand is the challenge that will be given to me in the future. To be precise, it is the challenge that society gives me. My work environment challenges me. I won't do anything that wastes time, that is, things that reduce my productivity. This project will help me to be proficient in the future, good at design, and good at leadership.
